A couple of the readers of my e-newsletter have pointed out a few errors in my message (below the image). One reader shared it with someone else who has gone to the trouble of making the corrections. Thank you. 🙏🏽 I am sharing his email verbatim below with excerpts from my message and his corrections. Please email me for the documents Zachary attached to the email. My apologies for the errors.
There is an error in the message below. What is written is: Daniel Andrews, the Premier of Victoria, Australia, is trying to introduce legislation called the ‘Trusted Digital Identity Bill’.That is not correct, because the TRUSTED IDENTITY BILL 2021 is federal legislation which was initiated in the Canberra Parliament. Daniel Andrews is the Premier of Victoria, thus he cannot introduce any sort of federal legislation, only laws that pertain to Victoria. The legislation is actually called the Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021. That has already passed the lower house (Legislative Assembly) of the Victoria Parliament. The bill has now gone to the upper house, the Legislative Council, where it will be discussed, debated and voted on next week. The dates I have received for that are 16 – 18 November.
This bill enables him to declare a state of Permanent Pandemic. Well that is not quite accurate either, although it is close to the truth. The bill would allow the premier to declare a permanent STATE OF EMERGENCY (SoE) in Victoria, without any time limit or expiration date. If he were to declare a SoE, he can then impose any sort of lockdown and associated restrictions that he wants. The SoE and related lockdowns are (phoney) reactions to the so-called “covid-19 pandemic” so the two issues are related.
Under the subheading Actions you can take in the message below there is a list of upper house parliamentarians, HOWEVER one key name and e-mail is missing from that list: Samantha Ratnam of the Greens (samantha.ratnam@parliament.vic.gov.au). She is one of three cross benchers who hold the ultimate fate of the legislation. The other two are Andy Meddick (Animal Justice Party) and Fiona Patten (Reason Party). Their e-mails are listed in the message below, although Meddick’s is actually Andy.Meddick@parliament.vic.gov.auand Patten’s e-mail is correctly written as fiona.patten@parliament.vic.gov.au .
The other names are not critical in the vote, from what I understand. Unfortunately it appears as though Ratnam, Patten and Meddick have made some sort of secret, dirty deal with Andrews and are planning to support the legislation, which means that it will probably pass. However it is still not too late to contact them and express your opposition to the terrible, draconian legislation. In fact I encourage anyone who is concerned about this legislation to contact those three and (hopefully) express their opposition.
I have prepared a message attached to this e-mail, which anyone can use and it can be altered or changed in any way that individuals see fit, which explain some of the provisions of the legislation. I am urging my contacts to consider using that message to send to the three cross benchers mentioned; once again the message can be altered to suit the taste of the person sending it.
I also attach two flyers which can be distributed to anyone. The flyers summarise the positions of Patten, Meddick and Ratnam, especially the latter. I also urge that those flyers be distributed as widely as possible.
The deadline for all that is approaching, as on Tuesday, 16 November discussion and debate on the bill will commence in the upper house, the Legislative Council, of the Victoria Parliament. If that legislation does pass then it can be used to strip away our democratic rights and liberties that Victorians have enjoyed for over two centuries. That’s how sinister it is.

• restrict movement of people at his discretion
• stop them working
• require them to undergo medical examination, testing and treatment
• destroy animals if he believes they are ‘a vector of transmission’
• target a group of people according to their characteristics, attributes or circumstances. (We’ve already seen heavy lockdowns focused on lower socio-economic or ethnic groups, so this is not surprising.)
• fine Victorians up to $90,000 or sentence them to up to two years’ gaol if they refuse to comply.
Dr Demartini points out that dictators flourish where the people are disempowered, so how can we best respond to legislation such as the ‘Trusted Digital Identity Bill’ that aims to give complete power to one person?

Actions you can take
The State Government has introduced new State of Emergency powers into Parliament. The laws will transfer oversight from health professionals to the Premier and give him power to declare a pandemic and determine future lockdown restrictions. There is LOTS of wonderful news too! In particular, we are witnessing a massive ‘evolution event’ as people around the world wake up and stand together. Very very inspiring. Record numbers of Victorians turned up at the Melbourne rally over the weekend to make their voices heard about this new legislation. One of the speakers was an ex-Police Officer who spoke directly to the rank and file attending the event and called on them to ‘do the right thing’. Hold the vision and hold the line!
NB I have heard that Premier Dan Andrews has been charged in a rural magistrate’s court for misprision, going back many years. TBC!
