"In 1965 4% of our population had a chronic disease. Today 46% of our children have a chronic disease.” – Zach Bush MD
I finished writing Power of the Light in 2014 and it sat in my filing cabinet until now, when the perfect storm hit: illness, fear, government control, etc. This new book tackles all of those issues, so I decided to launch in the midst of the coronavirus.
As I went down the rabbit hole on many aspects of what is behind today’s virus and lockdown, I discovered Zach Bush MD. (Bio below.)
If you haven’t yet heard this doctor speak, or, better still, watched him on video, I highly recommend that you do. Dr Bush is possibly the most humble and thoughtful and inspiring doctor I have ever encountered. Each interview I have watched touches me at a deep level. Here are a few snippets:
- While working in hospice care he witnessed profound healing and came to realise that we are not just biological animals. He noticed that the question most commonly asked by those who were resuscitated was, ‘Why did you bring me back?’
Most of us assume that it’s better to live than die, but these resuscitated individuals revealed that they had experienced a profound sense of love and belonging during the moments when their connection to the physical world was fading; they sensed that they were transitioning to somewhere very beautiful and loving.
- Having swum too far in the ocean one day, Zach found himself among literally millions of sardines and had what can only be described as a mystical experience when he sensed their response to being ‘attacked’ by a pelican.
Rather than fear or panic, there was a sense of recognition of order – these creatures knew that their purpose was to be consumed by the higher species, and the idea was inspiring and electrifying for them.
Zach’s love of the earth comes to the fore when he speaks about the horrific effects of the chemical glyphosate, commonly known as the pesticide Roundup.
He was so shocked by how pervasive and destructive this chemical is that he formed an organisation called Farmer’s Footprint, with the intention of restoring the soil’s integrity and health through regenerative agriculture. More and more farmers are coming on board and ceasing to use the harmful chemicals that are ruining the land, our farming families, and humanity’s future.
In particular, Dr Bush recognised this: “I cannot turn the tide in my clinics. I can't shift the momentum by working with one cancer patient at a time. It's far too slow and it's not at the root of the cause. And so I looked to farmers to realise the salvation of human health."
It became an immediate no-brainer to me to dedicate 20% of the profits from each sale of Power of the Light to this worthy work. So please buy up big! Please share about the book and this honourable work by Zach Bush MD and Farmer’s Footprint.
I first learnt about the damaging effects of chemical farming through a documentary (called My Father’s Garden) that I saw when my children were young. I’ve bought organic as much as possible since then.
For another perspective on this, just yesterday I watched a lecture by Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, a German doctor who stated that there are five factors causing our unprecedented levels of ill health today: aluminium (especially in vaccines but also in cookware and water), fluoride (in our water), glyphosate (in our soils and water and food), heavy metals (falling to earth from the chemicals sprayed in our atmosphere by governments – chemtrails), and wifi (5G being the frequency that activates the other elements – check out what hundreds of experts are saying before you scoff…).
Dr Klinghardt states that the chief causes of death to date have been heart disease and cancer but these are rapidly being overtaken by neurological disorders such as Alzheimers, Dementia, Autism and Parkinsons Disease. He believes, along with many others, that we are heading for an autism rate among children of 50% in the very near future, and it is the five components above that are driving that acceleration and the rise in all diseases (especially of the nervous system).

After moving from Germany to America to practise, Dr Klinghardt had his clinic invaded by government officials who ‘confiscated’ all of his diagnostic machines. Figuring that his body and mind would be safe from theft, he switched to kinesiology as a diagnostic tool… and then watched as 12 of his colleagues were murdered for speaking out against vaccines. Today he is developing physiological and emotional strategies for restoring health and reversing diseases, including autism. He incorporates the therapy known as Family Constellations and is particularly effective in working with trauma.
We can each help to reverse these damaging trends. One of the first things we can do is to buy organic as much as we can – yes, it costs a bit more, but you are simultaneously buying the health of your family, of the farmers who bring you your food, of the earth you live on, of the waterways, of the animals that form an essential part of our ecosystem, of the insects that allow life to continue… Cheaper is not always better. (I started by buying one item, then two, then three…)

Learn more about the extraordinary work of Zach Bush MD. He predicted that the source of the next pandemic would be Wuhan (because of the high pollution levels). He also predicts that we'll be clear of CV-19 by June-August 2021. And he declares that lockdowns and masks are not only not needed, but are worsening the situation because it is the collapse of human health (via, largely, the suppression of the immune system) that invites disease.

20% of the profit from each book sale will be donated to Farmer's Footprint, a coalition of farmers, educators, doctors, scientists, and business leaders aiming to expose the human and environmental impacts of chemical farming and offer a path forward through regenerative agricultural practices.
From the Farmer’s Footprint website:
The problem: A century of monocrop farming and reliance on pesticides has damaged once-fertile soils and human health. The rapid increase in pesticide use over the past few decades has coincided with this explosion of chronic disease. Independent research from private laboratories and universities around the world are implicating glyphosate – the active ingredient in the herbicide Roundup.
The solution: Regenerative agriculture focuses on rebuilding organic matter and living biodiversity in soil, which produces increasingly nutrient-dense food year after year — while rapidly sequestering excess atmospheric carbon underground to reverse climate change.
It brings proven results for farmers to have a profitable business and livelihood. Conventional inputs become unnecessary, increased organic matter in the soil brings insect biodiversity which helps manage pest pressure, and the end market for organic crops increases the overall value of their crop, making product value the priority over the conventional method of purely valuing yield.
At a time when there are more farmer suicides and bankruptcies than ever, bringing back economic success and life on the farm has never been more important.
Farmer’s Footprint is the brainchild of Zach Bush MD, a physician specializing in internal medicine, endocrinology and hospice care. He is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and our food production systems.
Dr Zach Bush founded *Seraphic Group and the non-profit Farmer’s Footprint to develop root-cause solutions for human and ecological health. His passion for education reaches across many disciplines, including topics such as the role of soil and water ecosystems in human genomics, immunity, and gut/brain health. His education has highlighted the need for a radical departure from chemical farming and pharmacy, and his ongoing efforts are providing a path for consumers, farmers, and mega-industries to work together for a healthy future for people and planet.
